Orders & Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 1–3 business days.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our current promotions for the latest free shipping threshold.
You can request changes or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Contact our support team to initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
