How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting the Order Tracking page and entering your order number and email address.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount. Check our current promotions for the latest free shipping threshold.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request changes or cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting our support team. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Stripe, mobile money, and cash on delivery where available.

Is my payment information secure?

Can I use a coupon or discount code?

Yes! You can apply a coupon code during checkout in the cart page. Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be combined with certain sale items.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click on the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.

How do I update my profile or address?

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile section. From there you can update your personal details, shipping address, and password.

Are all products authentic and brand new?

Yes, all products sold on StarPro Vision Online Store are 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. We guarantee the quality and authenticity of every item.

Do your products come with a warranty?
